Station Street Bistro is a family bistro owned & operated by
Chef Matthew De Luca and wife Lauren De Luca.
Matthew completed his Chef apprenticeship at The Watermark, Balmoral.
In the 20 years since then he has gone onto run many hotel, restaurant & pub kitchens,
either as Head Chef, Executive Chef and now in his own business as Chef/Operator.
This is the second time they have leased the restaurant space in the Hornsby Railway Hotel,
the first time being 2007-2009 when he opened it as 'Rails Restaurant'
